Junk food is the best type of food, but there's a lot of negativity but I don't know if there's a positivism in it, lets see...
1. Fats from junk food can trigger the brain to want more food. This effect can last for several days.
2. Young women who eat junk food diet are at a higher risk for developing Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).
3. Most soft drinks contain a small amount of alcohol.
4. Cakes and cookies : Contain too much sugar and not enough vitamins and minerals.
5. Colas : Have lots of sugar and few nutrients; may contain caffeine, an addictive drug.
6. Ice cream : Has many nutrients but is full of sugar and fats.
7. Imitation fruit drinks : Mostly sugar and water, with artificial flavors and colors added. Contain very little pure fruit juice.
8. Potato chips : Although made from potatoes, they are deep fried and contain lots of salt and fat.
9. Sugar-coated cereal : Half cereal and half sugar.
